The Bicycle/Pedestrian Resource Clearinghouse (BPRC) offers various forms of information on bicycle and pedestrian travel, as well as information on transit and traffic calming facilities. The BPRC contains four comprehensive libraries.

  • online library containing electronic documents in Adobe Acrobat, Word, PowerPoint, and HTML form that can be downloaded,
  • offline library containing CDs, guidebooks, master plans, magazines, maps and reports that are available by contacting the VTC,
  • image library containing hundreds of downloadable photos ranging from crosswalks and traffic-calming measures to bicycles and pedestrians
  • video library containing educational and promotional videos on bicycle/pedestrian travel, available by contacting the Center, and
  • recommended links section containing links to topics such as best bicycling and walking practices, local advocacy groups, traffic-calming and
  • search the clearinghouse via our search engine.
