BPRC’s Ambassadors in Motion once again took their message of bicycling safety and fun to the public, this time to Monroe, at the Monroe Township Green Fair on October 3. Held at the Oak Tree Elementary School, the event went from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm; the Ambassadors’ table was one of many organizations who gathered to educate the community about environmental issues. Tables were provided for these groups in the school’s main auditorium. Local vendors also to set up booths and sold food there. Informative presentations were held during the day that touched on environmental and sustainable lifestyle topics. These all took place in a classroom located across from the auditorium. Despite the poor weather, approximately 200-300 people came out for the fair.
