The NJ BPAC Executive Council consists of up to twenty-five (25) members, and one Chair who may be appointed by NJDOT Bureau of Bicycle and Pedestrian Programs Manager. The members of the Executive Council represent entities with an interest in bicycle and pedestrian issues.
