The New Jersey Bicycle and Pedestrian Resource Center is responsible for the creation and upkeep of the New Jersey Complete Streets Policy Compilation. This document provides a “one stop” location for all of the policies that have been passed in the state of New Jersey. While similar in function, each policy will contain minor differences that suit the individual needs of the municipality or county where it has been passed. This document is provided as a resource to all local jurisdictions that are interested in viewing what others in the state have done, and how this compares to their particular needs. We have organized the policies by population to make it easier for communities to identify what similar jurisdictions have done in regard to Complete Streets.
